PRENATAL & POSTNATAL CLASSES
Catherine has extensive experience in Women's Health to support women pre and postnatally, including sacroiliac joint dysfunction & pain, Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation), pelvic instability, lower back pain, shoulder & neck pain, asymmetries, and post caesarean care.
Prenatal Pilates
Balances & strengthens the pelvic muscles which are challenged through pregnancy.
Changing posture & imbalances are addressed to help you prepare for childbirth
& exercise safely during pregnancy.
Postnatal Pilates
Safely and gently restore function and repair after birth.
