PRENATAL & POSTNATAL
Embody Therapeutics offers women face to face classes in the studio using Pilates apparatus to support your pre and/ or post birth journey. We have also created a postnatal course
which is a fabulous resource to restore pelvic and core health.
Catherine has extensive experience in Women's Health to support women pre and postnatally, including sacroiliac joint dysfunction & pain, Diastasis Recti (abdominal separation), pelvic instability, lower back pain, shoulder & neck pain, asymmetries, and post caesarean care.
