22+ years teaching (London, Hawaii, Melbourne, Brisbane & Central Victoria).
Experience & training in pregnancy, postnatal, menopause, conditions & injury, mindfulness, aerial yoga therapeutics, fascia, neuroplasticity, stress management, trauma-informed practice & mind-body wellness.
Catherine completed the NeuroAffective Touch Foundation Training (Somatic Experiencing Australia), a polyvagal-informed and somatic modality for body-mind integration. Catherine is also an accredited Social Worker (AASW).
